Who operates this website

Venkoi LLC operates https://venkoi.com. In this policy, “Venkoi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Venkoi LLC.

Information you provide

Depending on the form and information you choose to submit, we collect the following categories:

• Name, or first and last name; email address; optional phone number; and company or business name.
• Restaurant location count and information about the inventory tools or systems currently used.
• Service interest, project stage, message, Demo or product interest, and free-offer interest.
• The selected website language, source path, permitted UTM attribution fields, and a normalized external referrer when available.

Technical information and website tools

Normal browser, device, network, request, and security information may be processed as needed to deliver and protect the website. Vercel provides hosting and request processing, privacy-oriented Web Analytics, Speed Insights performance measurement, and BotID anti-abuse verification.

Venkoi’s current application does not create cookies or localStorage tracking, build fingerprint-based customer profiles, preserve attribution across browser sessions, or track a visitor’s journey across pages. Infrastructure and security providers may still process technical browser, device, or network signals as part of their services.

How we use information

• Respond to Contact requests and communicate about a submitted request.
• Handle Demo requests and free-offer interest.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
• Understand aggregated website usage and performance.
• Prevent fraud, spam, automated abuse, and bots.
• Maintain business records during the approved retention period.

Service providers

We use service providers that support our operations: Vercel for hosting, platform functionality, analytics, performance measurement, and BotID; Neon for database persistence; and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process information to support the services they provide to Venkoi. We do not sell lead information to them.

Emails

A Contact, Demo, or free-offer submission may result in transactional or direct-response email related to that request. Submitting a form does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing newsletter. Venkoi does not currently operate a marketing mailing list through these forms.

Sale and targeted advertising

Venkoi does not currently sell personal information. Venkoi does not currently use submitted lead information for third-party targeted advertising.

Retention

Unconverted Contact, Demo, and free-offer lead records are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months from the last meaningful interaction, then deleted or anonymized unless a legitimate legal, security, dispute, or ongoing-business reason requires longer retention. If a lead becomes a customer, its information may later be subject to a different customer or business-record retention policy.

This retention rule is an operational policy. Automated deletion or anonymization is not yet implemented, and Venkoi must carry out the required review and deletion or anonymization process operationally.

Privacy requests

To ask about Venkoi’s privacy practices or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we maintain about you, email privacy@venkoi.com. Requests are handled where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing, changing, or deleting personal information.

California and online privacy disclosures

The categories collected are described above and include identifiers and contact, business, request, attribution, and technical information. We disclose information to the service-provider categories described above to operate the website and respond to requests. You may use privacy@venkoi.com to request review, correction, or deletion where offered.

The application does not currently respond differently to browser Do Not Track or similar preference signals. Venkoi does not use submitted lead information for cross-site targeted advertising, and the application does not authorize other parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activities over time and across unrelated websites for Venkoi advertising. Platform and security providers may process technical signals to provide their services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised policy here with a new effective or updated date. Review this page periodically for the current version.
